8k8app1's total aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute between you and 8k8app1, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through 8k8app1's internal customer support and complaints process. To submit a formal complaint, contact 8k8app1 Customer Support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 8k8app1 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve all complaints within 30 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
8k8app1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8k8app1 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, or by prominent notice on the 8k8app1 platform, at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the 8k8app1 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
